Student Social Housing Milano provides accommodations in single and double rooms within two- and three-bedroom apartments, complete with kitchen and bathroom, in different areas of Milan, close to the main university sites. All accommodations are equipped with beds, closets, desks, kitchens with appliances and equipment designed to accommodate guests comfortably and allow them to study and get organized as best they can; in addition, Wi-Fi is distributed throughout the apartments and facilities such as cleaning services, linen changes and whatever is needed to facilitate student life are provided.
The apartments will be available from mid-September 2023.

SERVIces
Student Social Housing Milano offers accommodations in two- and three-bedroom apartments in Milan designed and reserved exclusively for students and professors. They consist of 2 to 4 beds, completely renovated and refurnished.
All accommodations include a kitchen, rooms with beds, closets and desks, common areas and Wi-Fi. In addition, exclusive services such as periodic cleaning, change of bedding and preventive and on-demand maintenance work are provided and included.
The monthly price includes taxes, connections, condo fees and utilities. Electricity usage is included up to a standard monthly consumption limit, with any overages recharged on account. All apartments also include a free minimum supply of kitchenware (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.) and bedding (mattress, pillow, sheets, bedspread, etc.).

This type of accommodation provides a room with 2 beds. With this solution you will have a bed, a desk, a closet, access to the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
